Jamboree Jams is a jam and marmalade company founded in 2016 in New Orleans, Louisiana. We source exclusively from a network of small-scale farmers across the Gulf South to preserve the region’s wonderful selection of fruit at the height of its seasonality. We honor classic preservation techniques by processing our fruit in small batches using copper pots and omitting additives and gelling agents, obtaining a pure expression of fresh fruit flavor.
