Jamboree is a small-batch jam company in New Orleans that uses local fruit, copper pots, and no commercial pectin to create fruit-focused jars of jam. We work with a host of local farmers to preserve each fruit at the height of its season using the least amount of sugar possible while still maintaining shelf-stability. Fruit flavor pairings such as herbs, peppers, and spices are also sourced locally and all waste produced from each batch is composted in our garden.
