Jam Making Workshop
Learn how to make your own fruit-forward pectin-free jam. Classes are limited to 4 people as each participant will be working with their own jam pan. Participants will take home 6 jars of jam that they have prepared with guided instruction (flavor dependent upon seasonal availability). Option to take home a canning kit that includes jam gloves, magnet wand, canning ladle, and canning funnel. Toast and jam will be served at the end of the workshop.
