Plum Cardamom Jam
Tart plums grown at Cherry Creek farms in Mississippi and fragrant cardamom create an especially vibrant jewel-toned jam. This year's limited batch of 96 jars is made from Methley plums – a beautiful deep purple & delicious Japanese varietal plum that can withstand the southern summer heat.
Works well mixed with ricotta and used as a crepe filling or spooned on top of an ice cream sundae.
